The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the app provider and users in relation to the use of the WE ARE SQUAT application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
"User" refers to a person who uses the App in accordance with these Terms of Use.
"Service" refers to the features provided by the App provider through the WE ARE SQUAT App.
The App provider shall notify users of these Terms of Use in advance when using the App. The App provider may revise these Terms of Use as necessary, and the revised terms shall take effect immediately.
The App provider provides the following services to users:
Squat counting and tracking
Personal goal setting and progress tracking with graphs
Global ranking access
Daily notifications
The App provider may modify all or part of the services as necessary, and the modified services shall take effect immediately for users.
The App provider may restrict the use of the Service if a user violates these Terms of Use. The App provider may temporarily suspend the Service for technical reasons, such as system maintenance and updates.
The App provider shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the Service. Users shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of this App.
In the event of a dispute between the App provider and a user, the parties shall resolve the dispute through consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. Matters not specified in these Terms of Use shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
Users may terminate their membership at any time through the settings screen in the App. Upon termination, all data associated with the user's account, including exercise records and personal settings, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Please note that once your membership is terminated, you cannot undo this action. Re-registration after membership termination will be treated as a new registration, and previously saved data will not be restored.
The App provider is not responsible for any loss of information or any other damages resulting from membership termination. The App provider may retain certain data for legal, security, and fraud prevention reasons, as required by applicable laws.
